2. Booking Policy

  1. Room Availability: All room bookings are subject to availability.
  2. Payment Terms:
    • Bookings can be confirmed with a full or partial advance payment.
    • Payment methods accepted include online payment gateways, credit/debit cards, or cash on arrival.
  3. Cancellation Policy:
    • Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay.
    • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
  4. Check-in and Check-out:
    • Check-in time: 12:00 PM
    • Check-out time: 11:00 AM

3. Hotel Rules

  1. Guests are required to present valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.
  2. Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated areas.
  3. Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises unless explicitly permitted.
